Location: Assam, India (with frequent travel to tea estates across the region). 

Support our groundbreaking community empowerment programme in Assam by developing robust Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning frameworks that document the project's complex impact. You'll be responsible for generating quality data that informs decision-making and demonstrates the initiative's progress.
