The ETP and GIZ (Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH) have produced a free training manual to help smallholder farmers increase their resilience to climate change. The manual shows good practice farming methods and has been designed for KTDA (Kenya Tea Development Agency) training staff that work directly with farmers to change practices and increase resilience. The manual is part of a wider 3-year project to help more than 50,000 farmers in Kenya.

24 March 2011 ETP Global Standard
The ETP Global Standard outlines the international social and environmental criteria that producers are measured against. The social and labour provisions are based on the Ethical Trade Initiative base code which covers all relevant International Labour Organisation (ILO) core conventions.
